Mate Melone: The study is an MBA, it is a fellow in google project to customers. What kind of place is Google? How is its atmosphere?
Google is a company that is interested not only in its productivity unless in your wellness. It’s a place where you do your assignments and it’s like your home because is convenient and comfortable. The most amazing part is Google has singular politic that means “If you are feeling good with you and things around you, you going to give the better you have for the work”.
The atmosphere is unbelievable and I really don’t have words to describe this kind of place. It’s though for keep calm people, without stress and very happy in what they are doing. Everyone think the Google’s offices are like the college where you can do something crazy, challenging but at the same time academic and rewarding. It’s a big playground!
Now I will continue with the people features.
Matt Melone is intern at MBA and he studies consumer operations. Matt didn't talk about his childhood but commented how was his experience when he made part of the army a like to leading people in different contexts. As proyects, he thinks in change the way in how Google is reaching out to customer and helping them with company’s products.
